Perfect for companies that want to operate their print environment entirely within their own network - completely without cloud connection. All print logic remains local, and print data never leaves the internal network. A later switch to a serverless, hybrid or cloud solution is possible at any time and seamlessly implementable. Mercury OMS Server

The central component of the solution in the on-premises setup. It securely stores Follow'2'Print jobs in the local network and offers extensive options for automating document processes via numerous interfaces (e.g., to SAP, AirPrint, host systems).

Direct print serverless

The Global Printer Client (GPC) is installed on workstations and generates print-ready data. In the on-premises version, it communicates directly with your local Mercury OMS server to retrieve the required printer information. For direct printing, data is immediately sent to the printer - without any additional print server. For Follow'2'Print, the GPC transfers print jobs to the OMS server.

Follow'2'Print with Mercury OMS

Print jobs are centrally cached on the Mercury OMS server until the user authenticates at the output device and releases or deletes the job. Print data remains entirely within the corporate network at all times.

Mobile App Ready

Via REST API, Follow'2'Print on Mercury OMS can also be controlled via mobile app. In the on-premises setup, authentication via QR code scan, printer search, and starting print jobs on any device (with and without display) are supported.

The mobile app also includes an individual delegation feature with Share'2'Print.
