Manufacturer-independent device monitoring and the automated supply of toner and ink has become a real challenge for administrators and service providers in many companies since the increased number of home office workstations.

The Mercury MPS team has worked hard to address this issue and has now successfully implemented the integration of additional devices.

With Mercury MPS 9.20, fleet management for EPSON USB printers is now possible.

In addition to the normal MIBs, docuFORM has also received a software development kit from Epson to manage USB-connected devices with Mercury MPS as well.

Following HP SDS (Mercury MPS is certified for SDS 2.0), EPSON is now the second manufacturer in the local USB printer sector to be integrated into Mercury MPS software.
