New maintenance event

With "Remaining supply capacity” a new event type has been introduced in MPS 10. This is triggered when the supply level falls below a freely definable value in % and is automatically deleted when the value is exceeded.

As a result, notification e-mails about maintenance events can now be sent alternatively to the SNMP contact stored in the printer.
The messages triggered by threshold events remain unaffected.

New features for manually managed printers

Devices that cannot be captured via client or app, but whose meter readings are maintained manually, can now be imported from a CSV file via the action menu on the "Printer List" page.

In addition, these devices in MPS 10 now also receive the "Event History" tab with an overview of maintenance events. Both page and time intervals as well as tickets are supported here.

Improved accessibility

Accessible software is required by law in government agencies and government institutions. But accessibility is also becoming increasingly important in the private sector. Accessible software should enable every employee of a company or government agency to do the same work.

Accessibility Audits

The accessibility of the web interface of the fleet and service management software Mercury MPS has now been further improved.
In the Lighthouse Accessibility Audits, all pages achieved the maximum score of 100 points.

Launch: Mercury Cloud Services

As part of the imminent launch of Mercury Cloud Services, the Rest API of the Mercury MPS module has now been functionally extended for serverless printing and serverless Follow"2"print.
