eDocBusiness LLC and docuFORM agree on strategic cooperation

In order to meet future market requirements in the field of printing, eDocBusiness will replace its existing installations step by step with the docuFORM Mercury Suite, a manufacturer-independent and comprehensive printing solution. eDocBusiness is one of the largest IT service providers in Latin America with branches in the USA, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina, 256 contractual partners and a total pitch capacity of approximately 500,000 printing systems. Through synergies of both companies new markets are to be developed in parallel. In July 2020, the two companies agree on a very close technological and strategic cooperation.
The first step is to integrate all 500.00 printing and multifunctional systems into the Mercury Managed Print Services (MPS) solution. For this purpose, the in-house data center of docuFORM in Frankfurt will be used to provide fast availability and the necessary technology "at the push of a button". Corresponding training and sales coordination has already taken place between the two companies. The integration process is currently ongoing and highly focused.
In a second step, the entire Mercury Suite is then implemented. This includes the Global Printer Interface (GPI) - printing without printer drivers - as well as the various Follow"2"Print concepts, whether as On-Premises or as Cloud variant.
